1. Service Scope

Restaurant profile and public page management
Digital menu management
Order and notification automation
Restaurant discovery features
Native mobile apps for iOS and Android (features may vary by version or platform)

If you download our app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms’ additional terms and policies may also apply.

2. User Responsibilities

Keep your information accurate and up to date
Do not post illegal or misleading content
You are responsible for account security
On mobile, grant permissions only for features you need, and keep your device and operating system reasonably up to date and secure

3. Platform Availability

We work to keep the platform reliable, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or external dependencies.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RestroKit is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data.

5. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. We will provide appropriate notice for material changes.
